Evening lovely, I hope you had a great day!
For the past 4 weeks I have been trying out a few products that were kindly gifted to me by the lovely brand Skin Chemists and I have to say I am fully impressed. Just a disclaimer that although these products were gifted to me, all opinions are 100% my own.
I have been trying these products for around a month now and I am completely shocked about how much it has impacted my skin. I think having a regular skin care routine is key to seeing the benefits of the products and the long term benefits it has on your skin. These products pleasantly surprised me!
Firstly I just want to touch on the packaging, the BEST packaging I have ever seen is the face serum, that packaging gives me life, I love it! The daily moisturiser is great, I love the black, sleek squeezy tube, its so simple and easy to use so its great! My only issue is with the eye serum, I feel like a small tub with no insert, maybe round in shape or even a long thin squeezy tube would have been better than the square tub, its a pain to store and I personally don’t think the range looks like it goes together.
I am going to leave a link to each product at the end so if you want to go and read more about the range and how it works then you can and you can also buy from the link too (not affiliated).
I recently had a hormonal breakout on my chin which lasted a good few weeks before I started using these products in this routine, it only took 2 – 2.5 weeks for it to clear completely and I had been trying cleansers, masks, creams and serums but nothing worked! These cleared it up a treat even though they don’t claim to treat blemishes I think its all part of having a regular, working routine.
Facial Serum – www.skinchemists.com/facial-serum I use 3 pumps which does my whole face and whole neck, I do my neck too because I think it is such an important step to keep yourself looking young, you need to take care of your neck skin!
Eye Serum – www.skinchemists.com/eye-serum I use 2 dips of my finger, one for each eye and I rub this from inner corner, round over the eyelid and brow/brow-bone and then back under the eye, I use my ring finger to gently massage this in.
Daily Moisturiser – www.skinchemists.com/daily-moisturiser You really don’t need a lot of this! I use 3 very small dots, 1 on my forehead and then 1 on each cheek because this moisturiser is quite thick and goes a long way!
A massive thank you to Skin Chemists for gifting me these products to try out and review for you guys and a massive thank you to you for coming by and giving my review a read.
